Our Math Roots Coaching Fellowship

The OMR Fellowship is designed to coach teachers in the process of implementing Ethnomath lessons into their core classes. We are seeking to collaborate with teachers who want support integrating mathematics lessons that connect to identity, culture and society. By the end of the fellowship teachers will have created an Ethnomath lesson that will be published on the website resulting in a $200 stipend for teachers. The fellowship will consist of 6 hour long coaching sessions between January and May. The application deadline is January 14th and teachers will be notified of acceptance by the end of January.
